"This office is super easy and great to work with! I switched to State Farm from another insurance company when moving to Kentucky. Jacob took the initiative to start putting together a policy for me prior to calling me and made the switch stress-free. He explained every part of the policy options to me to make sure I understood what was available and how things were priced out. He was very upfront with me about how insurance costs and taxes run in this area and how they compare to where I lived prior. Jacob was thorough and made sure I got all the discounts I'd be eligible for. As I was interested in exploring rates, he sent the policy quote breakdown to me via email to review on my own and asked if/when I'd like a follow-up...not pushy at all and much appreciated! He was relatable in terms of explaining how the Drive Safe and Safe feature works and his experiences with it (the device that goes in your car and monitors how you drive.) It was something I would have been hesitant about before he broke it down for me and now it will save me money. Jacob encouraged me to come into the Taylor Mill office and meet the staff, as they like to get to know their customers personally. If you're looking for a group of people that care and can make insurance purposes easy for you, while offering a fair rate, definite check them out."

"I was not there for an insane amount of time. Everything was quick, considerate, and very professional. They answer any questions they can and help as best as possible. I went from paying $170 for liability to paying less than $170 for full coverage. They do the best they can to get you cheap and good coverage. They also do their best to offer you the coverage while also caring about your needs/wants. Fully reccomend!!"

"People always want to blame their agent at their State Farm office but I honestly feel like this office does whatever they can (within state and federal laws) to give you the best deal. I CONSTANTLY HARRASS THEM AND THREATEN to shop around. At this point it’s more of a game/ritual when I do it. And if I could beat their price I would leave but only because I’m a penny pincher. I just haven’t been able to yet. I only give it 4 stars because let’s face it, it’s insurance and nobody like a paying for it lol. I do recommend Tom Barrick and his staff for your insurance needs. I have auto, a life policy, and insurance on both mine and my wife’s rings. Their customer service is excellent as well!!!"
